A small community garden has been established here since 2007.
The garden was originally tended by the Sisters of Mercy (religious order), until their departure in 2005. After extensive renovations the Sophia Housing trust took over the site, and part of the grounds became a community garden for the use of the residents, and local FAS Courses.
